 Eucharistic Home Visitors

Eucharistic Ministers visit and take Holy Communion to parishioners who are home bound, hospitalized, or residing in nursing homes. Visits are usually prescheduled between the Eucharistic Minister and the parishioner on a routine basis. Openings are always available for parishioners who wish to join this ministry.
